This Condor features WBH No.1 lugs and was probably built by Bill Hurlow in 1959. Seat tube length: 22-1/2 inches (c-to-c); top tube: 22-1/2; bracket height: 10-1/2.
It was resprayed dark green metallic by Argos of Bristol. Components are: T.A. cranks and pedals, Campag Nuovo Record head set bearing and front brake caliper, Tektro brake lever, Cinelli stem, Brooks tape, bar courtesy of Rund Ums Rad Mannheim, Gilles Berthoud Galibier saddle, Miche seat pin; wheels: Phil hi-flange (rear flip-flop), Ghisallo wooden rims (28 holes, front/rear), DT Swiss spokes, Conti Giro tires. The bike won an honorable mention (4th place crowd favorite) at the 2018 ConcoursVelo event near Basel Switzerland.
This bicycle is currently on display at the Golden Age Cycles Gallery in Oxfordshire.
