This 1939 racer features Chater Lea cranks and pedals, as well as period hubs (single gear) and an elegantly curved handle bar. Of particular interest are the extra beefy fork for the rough French roads of that time, and the accurately reproduced seat tube transfer with its red, white, and blue chevrons and gold box lining.
