The 1951 catalog was something of a watershed issue for Hetchins. The previous issue in 1949 had introduced the Latin Series with three models, Mag. Opus Mk.I, Nullis Secundus, and Experto Crede. This issue expanded the Latin Series, adding the Mag. Bonum model, and upgrading the Mag. Opus model to Mk.II -- a format which would remain unchanged for the next 35 years.
